JetlyPack Travel – Travel Document Delivery Policy

At JetlyPack, we’re dedicated to ensuring you receive your travel documents and confirmations smoothly and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:

1. Processing Time

All bookings and travel documents are processed within 1–3 business days after your booking is confirmed.
Bookings made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your documents are prepared and ready to be sent.

2. Delivery Methods & Timelines

We offer multiple delivery options based on your travel needs:

  • Standard Delivery: E-documents sent via email within 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Delivery: E-documents delivered within 2–3 business days.

  • Express Delivery: E-documents delivered within 24–48 hours.

Physical delivery (if required for visas or tour packages) may vary by region and service.

3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the method chosen and your location. We aim to keep these costs minimal.

4. International Delivery

We primarily offer electronic delivery worldwide.

Please ensure all email and shipping information is accurate before confirming your booking.
JetlyPack is not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
