JetlyPack Travel – Return & Refund Policy
At JetlyPack, your satisfaction is our priority. If your travel plans change or you’re not completely happy with your booking, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Cancellations
You may cancel eligible travel bookings up to 30 days before your departure date for a full refund or reschedule, subject to the following:
Eligibility: Cancellations must be made before the stated cut-off. Packages involving personalized itineraries, limited-time deals, or non-refundable flights may not be eligible.
Process: Contact our support team within the cancellation window to request a refund or change. We’ll provide the necessary steps and a cancellation reference number.
Fees: Some third-party providers may charge cancellation fees. We will inform you of any applicable charges during the process.
2. Refunds
Once we process your cancellation, we’ll confirm your eligibility and notify you of the refund status.
Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Certain bookings may qualify for partial refunds if canceled after the 30-day window or if non-refundable components are included.
Non-Refundable Services: Flash sales, personalized itineraries, and promotional packages are typically non-refundable unless canceled by JetlyPack or the provider.
3. Booking Changes & Exchanges
Need to change your destination, dates, or room type?
Follow the same steps as cancellations to request changes.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferences, subject to availability.
If pricing differs, you’ll either be refunded the difference or charged the balance.
4. Issues with Your Booking
If your booking is incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from what was advertised, contact us within 7 days of your scheduled departure. We’ll fix the issue, offer an alternative, or provide a full refund if necessary.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
Custom/private tours once confirmed.
Last-minute flash sale deals.
Gift cards or promotional credits.
