Cancellations: You may cancel eligible bookings up to 9 days before departure for a refund, excluding non-refundable services.
Refunds: Once we receive and process your cancellation, your refund (if eligible) will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions: Custom/private tours and last-minute deals are non-refundable unless defective or canceled by the provider.
